| Hans Laagland had been painting still lifes with fruit in a passionate way |
| for more than twenty years when he painted his first floral painting in 2006. |
| Still lifes with fruit are closest to his heart. |
| Fruits for him are like nudes, produced in gardens |
| Right from his very first floral painting, he tried to interpret them |
| and approach them practically like still lifes with fruit. |
